College Crazies!
Doing a little math for the sake of this column, I’ve realized that over the last 4 days I’ve spent almost 20 hours watching college basketball. Of those 20 hours, only about one hour was dedicated to rooting for a team that I actually care about (Go Tar Heels!), while the rest was spent trying to will a bunch of colleges and universities that I could care less about to victory, all for the sake of my office bracket pool.

Mojo Lost
The original Call of Duty was a milestone game for me in a lot of ways. It was the first major first-person shooter that I played on the PC, it was the first of many World War II themed games that I got into, and, most importantly, it was the first major online multiplayer experience that I really latched on to and became skilled at.

Brotherly Love
Super Smash Bros. Brawl came out this spring and everybody knows about it. From midnight releases to nationwide tournaments, this game has undoubtedly hit the big time and will be yet another killer app to push Wii system shortages into the middle of next year. Gamers of all types have lined up to take this one home and have already spent countless hours plowing through single-player missions, unlockables, and multiplayer romps in every city in America.
